Hi sir. Today i would like to talk about my holiday last week. Last week, for muslim is "Hari Raya Aidilfitri" which is the best day to celebrate after fasting for a month. Korean drama (Korean: 한국드라마) refers to televised dramas, similar to Western miniseries, produced in the Korean language for Korean audiences. Many of these dramas have become popular throughout Asia and have contributed to the general phenomenon of the Korean wave or Drama Fever. Most popular Korean dramas have also become popular throughout East and Southeast Asia. Some of the most internationally popular Korean dramas are Full House, My Girl, Love Story in Harvard, Autumn in My Heart, Princess Hours, Coffee Prince, and Boys Over Flowers. Recently some Korean dramas have gained modest popularity in Latin American countries such as Mexico, Peru, Chile, and Brazil. Korean dramas have recently become popular in the United States particularly in regions with populations of ethnic Koreans. After the successful entry of Asian Dramas that was started by Meteor Garden, major television networks in the Philippines began to import Korean Dramas too. Korean television (comic programs, dramas, news, and other genres) shares some similarity with Japanese, Chinese, and Taiwanese television as opposed to American (Western) television.

I had read a article about Laughing your way towards better health.Lauhgter is the best medicine and 80 people who were "coaxed" into a laughter therapy session felt the benefits of loosening up right away.Many people have not actually experienced a good laugh before usually due to shyness,resistance or a lack of self-confidence.But when someone laughs,it is so beneficial that it exercises the entire body,including the heart and lungs.Laughter therapy was an alternative way of avioding overdependence on medication,as it was scientifically proven that laughter feduced joint pains,and heart and lung diseases.A news at malaca,a 60 year old psychotherapist from Teluk Intan guided them yo a laughing session under the "Laughing our Way out this Recession" event organised by a law firm for several of its staff member,associates and client.Other than practising individual laughs,the crowd also broke into small grops to learn more laughing techniques such as the "Teh Tarik Laugh","Handphone Laugh","Forgive-ness Laugh" and "Swinging Laugh".
